I would not recommend beyond that very quick wearing. Upon opening the package, the first thing I saw was a warning about latex, eek! I am very sensitive to latex so I truly appreciate the forefront warning; I give my rating an extra star for that alone, and the great price. Because I am using these wristbands only while face washing, my exposure to the latex is so minimal, I experience no irritation. I would never use them a sweatband though, for the latex issue but also for the fact they are not remotely soft or fluffy/lofty. These would be awful and rough to rub across the face! Maybe they could act as exfoliators, lol! Further, they are not comfortable to wear for any period of time; the elastic is much too tight (I have thin, female wrists). These would not fit any sizable man, for example.
