I received these cartridges today and installed them. Other than my printer giving me the notification that HP cannot be responsible for the quality of the non HP cartridges, they installed perfectly. My biggest concern was that the printer would not accept the chip, rendering the cartridges unusable. This was not the case. I tested the cartridges out by printing a test picture and it was perfect. This is not the first time that I have used Valuetoner cartridges. I did previously have an issue with the chips not being recognized, but Valuetoner made good and supplied me with cartridges that also worked perfectly with my HP 8730 OfficeJet Pro. I am a completely satisfied customer of these cartridges and will continue to order them no matter what printer I will be using in the future. I highly recommend these cartridges from Valuetoner as they are as functional and much more cost effective than the highly overpriced HP cartridges that are foisted upon us.

I first purchased these in 2021 when I was running a small store. After my store closed, my HP8702 sat idle for 4 years. Fast forward to 2026, I repurchased these inks and my printer still accepted them. I feel relieved, especially after purchasing another set of inks that werent accepted and eventually having to absorb the loss because it was an international purchase. I hope these stay on the market forever. I will update as time goes by.

**DO NOT BUY** I had successful purchases of this product in the past, however, my fourth purchase of the Valuetoner 952XL set of ink cartridges was a disaster. The items purchased during the week of 9/21/25 not only did not work with my HP 8710 PRO printer, but they rendered my printer non-functional. The simple act of replacing one ink cartridge caused the other three cartridges and the new one to no longer be recognizable by the printer. After two+ hours of restarts, hard restarts, head cleaning, connection cleaning, and other trouble shooting efforts. I continue to receive a message "one or more cartridges are missing or damaged." I reinserted the old cartridges and can't get rid of these error messages. It appears that others are also sharing similar feedback related to problems after inserting these ink cartridges. What was otherwise a consistently well performing printer is now junk. Just ordered a new $350 all-in-one-printer from Best Buy.

I have been buying value toner cartridges for over 3 years now and have never had a problem. The XL cartridges can last me over a year, and we print about 10 reams of paper in that time. I only had one problem when I purchased a cartridge and did not use it for a year. When I put it in my HP8710 printer a year later, it said HP would not let me use it because it was not a genuine HP cartridge, but I contacted the seller. They immediately responded, replaced my cartridge, and sent an extra free one to assure my satisfaction. I highly recommend these cartridges for HP printers.

Un auténtico timo. No le quedan bien a la impresora y de inmediato aparece un letrero que no son consumibles autorizados. Cero recomendable.

HP is pitiful to force users to buy their super expensive ink Cartridges. (one full set is ~$200, and I have to buy full color even I only print black and white). This one is about 1/4 the price of the orignals and it works like a charm. Just to remember to turn off the auto update of the printer ( as for today the carridages still work but HP updates can invalidate them anytime).

Saw the many great reviews so I decided to buy this to save some money. Turns out it does not work at all. All I got are dirty fingers with ink on it as I’m attempting to fix it. And now I have to run tk the store to purchase the authentic HP ink. Hopefully this didn’t damage my printer and it will work once I get the authentic product.
