Es algo ruidosa, así que mejor no te apetezca hacer helado de madrugada, o quizás molestes a los vecinos. Por lo demás todo bien, los materiales son buenos. Para no dañar los recipientes es aconsejable despegar el helado con una espatula de plástico o de madera. Se pueden añadir los ingredientes por arriba, incluso cuando está en funcionamiento, por si te has olvidado de alguno, o para ir probando, ya que no no es sencillo dar con el punto de dulzura (al congelarse se va perdiendo). Se lava en seguida, vuelves a meter los recipientes en el congelador y lista para la siguiente receta personalizada de helado.
