Nice Range of Pencils and a Personal Touch
These pencils are very nice, and for an incredible price. And who doesn’t love a good metal case with a squirrel on the cover? I even like the spelling of Pencils as “Penciles” on the box. Made me smile. Very happy with quality and range, though instead of an 8B, there was a second 10B. (One of the 10Bs looked like the cat got it). No worries! I have other 8B pencils. But you know what I loved the most? The nice thank you cards included in the pencil box. In a time when most Amazon orders are just thrown into a box and arrive with little packaging, this extra touch warmed my heart. I’d buy again. Thank you.

Amazing, 10/10
They're great for sketching, really smooth and a nice weight. They balance easily in your hand, and the lead doesn't break easily. Great gift for an artist! The different pencils are accurate, and provide a great variety of shades.

Smooth, no comparison
This set is top notch,I have been comparing it to my Faber-Castels and there is just no...comparison. This set wins hands down. They glide....the HB and 2B in Faber-Castels are rough and in Mr.Pen they are smooth....

Great set for beginners and pros
Bought this for my brother. This pencil set has a good range of hardness and softness, perfect for sketching and shading. The pencils feel nice to hold, and the quality is solid for the price. Great for both beginners and more experienced artists

Great value drawing pencils!
These pencils are exactly what I was after. As someone who is learning to draw late in life (and yes, you can too) I wanted the variety of hardness options but didn’t want to break the bank when I haven’t even developed personally preferences yet. At the price, these are perfect… and I even appreciated the hand written note from the company founder in the tin. The pencils come pre-sharpened though to a profile I was unfamiliar with… better for shading especially. If you are picking this up to draw I’d recommend grabbing. Long point pencil sharpener if you don’t have one already!
