So how can they have a positive effect?** A: I imagine the combination of ingredients as a whole provide the benefits. I have suffered from reflux for years and nothing worked. Gaviscon, Rennies, even omeprazole. I tried these for the first time in March 2021 and haven't had one bout of heartburn/reflux since. I only take 2 a day ( rather than the 4 suggested ) so it makes the bottle last longer.
