Shake before use and refrigerate after opening to keep the jalapeño flavor vibrant. See the Nutrition & Ingredients panel for additional info. Ingredients Distilled Vinegar, Jalapeño Pepper, Water, Salt, Cornstarch, Xanthan Gum, Ascorbic Acid (to Preserve Freshness). Directions Use as desired

Review: Love this stuff - Mild flavor. I use this as a substitute for vinegrettes on salads
Review: I love this sauce - I buy this sauce by the jug because I use so much of it on a daily basis. Tastes of fresh jalapeños and not hot at all, at least for me. Absolutely worth the money buying the sauce in this form and refilling your bottles at home.
