I was introduced to these straws on a Carnival cruise in November 2021. I loved, loved the idea of not using plastic straws. I ordered a box, and it was left at my front door. Unfortunately, it rained that day and the box got all wet, which totally destroyed the straws. I contacted the Seller directly, and a new box was shipped out to me. I really appreciated their superb customer service. Thank you so very much.
