I have that issue while my phone is turned landscape and it's because my popsocket is just a tad lower than the center of my phone. Next popsocket I will definitely center. I've always used the vent clip mounts and it's the same, as far as how your phone sits on the holder. For now, there is an easy fix to that. Just put a something thin, like a little piece of fabric, or whatever u want to use, that will make it hold the popsocket tighter and it will not move. I saw it also has a 3 year manufacturer warranty, which is awesome. I saw a few bad reviews that people said they loved it, but then something got loose or broke after a year.
