LSA50 squat is 600 lbs. Lat pull down 800 lbs. Row 600 lbs **Q: Can the chest-developer portion be used for seated shoulder press with the included bench (or does it have to be done while standing)?** A: Everything is fully adjustable. So you can do everything from declined bench to seated shoulder press. You will not be disappointed! **Q: need to buy the Body Solid PowerLift Leverage Squat Attachment LSA50 or is included** A: The lsa50 AND FID46 bench are included. The system is just as is shown in the pictures. ## Frequently Bought Together - Body-Solid Free-Weight Olympic Leverage Flat Incline Decline Machine without Bench, Arm & Leg Strength Training Functional Exercise Workout Station - GDLF LAT Pull Down Machine Low Row Cable Fitness Exercise Body Workout Strength Training Bar Machine --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co/products/2253937-sbl460p4-leverage-gym-package](https://www.desertcart.co/products/2253937-sbl460p4-leverage-gym-package) --- *Product available on Desertcart Colombia* *Store origin: CO* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
