The staple tray does not pop all the way out on its own, but pops out just enough so you can grab it and pull it out by hand. This is normal and nothing to worry about. Sometimes the staple tray is a bit stiff at first, but the more it's opened fully, the easier the tray will slide back and forth over time. **Q: Where do you get the AC adaptor** A: The AC Power Adapter is included in the box. If you ever need a replacement, you can purchase the original on Amazon.com (www.amazon.com/dp/B0794QQ9JB), or contact EcoElectronix through our contact form. **Q: I need to use it a few hundred times daily, with no or very rare jams. several other electric staplers have disappointed me. is this the one i want?** A: Absolutely! I bought this for the same purpose and it hasn't let me down yet!!!! I was also looking for something that eliminates the repetitive stapling motion as this was irritating my arthritic hands. Love my stapler! **Q: Does it staple well with only 2-3 sheets of paper too?** A: 2-5 sheets are effortless for this stapler ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stapler and great service from the manufacturer/vendor *by on Reviewed in the United States December 18, 2015* I volunteer at an elementary school as a helper for teachers with their busy work and projects. Last week I had to staple 36 packets that contained 3 manila folders each. My hand was like a crab claw by the end! I ordered this stapler for future projects and it is nothing short of amazing. It's very powerful and simple to use. At first I struggled with finding an on button, but you pretty much just put in the items you want stapled and bam! It's stapled. It's also a good weight and compact to leave in my bag (I don't leave anything in my project room as it disappears--not this sweet baby!). I will come back on here to update after another couple of months of usage, just wanted to post a quick review. So far, I am thrilled with my purchase! My hand is no longer a claw from stapling large amounts of papers. I also want to add that I contacted the manufacturer with a question and got an immediate, stellar response. It's lovely when you buy something and have great service. If only every purchase was such a great experience!*Edited: 12/12/17 Had issues with my stapler, would not operate on batteries. Contacted the company site via web link and had a brand new stapler in hand by Monday night. Really so impressed with this. They couldn’t have been nicer throughout the stealth process. Really shocked with the incredible service. Buy from these people! Also want to add that this has been a few years of use. I volunteer at swim meets and have to staple sometimes dozens of thick files in a day. Everyone who has tried it wants one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service for a nice stapler!! *by on Reviewed in the United States January 22, 2019* I work at a 24hrs pharmacy and we use staplers every day around the clock so I bought 2 for my work.I love how they don’t make a crazy loud sound like some other staplers do. They work well and I love the adjustable depth. I also really love the white color. The staplers are small enough to not take up too much space but big enough to not feel flimsy. After around 1 month, I’m not sure what happened but both staplers broke. They just started stapling by themselves and just kept going non-stop. So I had to unplug both of them. I emailed customer service on Friday and got a very speedy response within 24hrs. Seth immediately mailed me 2 other staplers and told me to just recycle the 2 broken ones. They even did a Sunday delivery and I got it within 1 day!!! I got it and now my work got 2 up and running staplers again. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer service I received from the company.I will for sure recommend this staplers to anyone who have to staple stuff every day, buy this as gift, or purchase as decoration since it would looks so great in your home office, etc. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and strength *by on Reviewed in the United States July 29, 2026* Love this stapler!Works well. It is a bit loud, but it does the job!Feels good in the hand and is a good quality product. ## Frequently Bought Together - EcoElectronix Portable Automatic Electric Stapler - 30 Sheet Capacity, Quiet Operation, Jam-Free and Easy Reload - AC Adapter/Battery Powered, (Black) - Officemate Standard Staples, 5 Boxes General Purpose Staple, 5000 Staples/Box (91925) - Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Printer Paper, 20 lb, 92 Bright, 8.5" x 11", White, 8 Reams, 4000 Sheets (500 Sheets/Ream) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co/products/20882093-eco-electronix-black-electric-stapler-pro-automatic-desk-and-office](https://www.desertcart.co/products/20882093-eco-electronix-black-electric-stapler-pro-automatic-desk-and-office) --- *Product available on Desertcart Colombia* *Store origin: CO* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
