Review: Awsum - I got these to use with cold brewed iced tea. At first I got the cherry as a test to see how it taste. Most flavoring agents on the market that I have tried have a nasty cheap vodka taste that needs to be cooked off. I've been looking for something to use cold foods like overnight oats and iced tea. My god one table spoon of the cherry flavored a gallon of iced tea wonderfully. Just right, a nice and recognizable cherry flavor. So I bought a few more flavors. Next I tried two teaspoons of raspberry and one of almond in a gallon of iced tea. Ohhh yeah. that really worked. For the tea I've been using six twinings earl grey tea bags soaked in a gallon of water for few hours chilling in the fridg. I wish they made peach flavoring.

**Q: Would this be a good product to flavor olive oil?  Will it separate from the oil like water?  Thanks.**
A: These are water based so they will not emulsify in oil.

**Q: How does princess flavor compare to buttery sweet dough flavor? I'm not sure how they are different.**
A: buttery sweet dough is more generally nutty and with a hint of citrus. princess flavoring has a very acidic almond like flavor to it that's otherwise hard to describe. They are actually very different.

**Q: The picture you are using today is only 4oz, but is listed as 16oz. Which is it for?**
A: I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle. The description identifies the actual amount. This is an awesome product.

**Q: Can you use bakery emulsions to flavor water?**
A: I haven't tried .. But I don't think it would taste that great. What are you making? It's great to flavor frosting. My favorite is the princess emulsion. Hope this helps.Oh you can also add it to your cake batter

I work at the Board of Elections in NY. A co-worker brought in some raspberry cookies his wife had made. Loved them, so I looked on Amazon for Raspberry flavoring. This one was food grade so I ordered that along with some freeze dried raspberry bits. Cookies came out good, but not quite as good as my co-workers was. Think I baked them a little too long. I will make them again.
