I would say they are quite a generous fit - they are perfect for my fairly wide feet and I walked 10k or more a day in them for a week with no rubbing or discomfort. These may not be the most stylish sandals ever but they are supremely comfortable. Great for long walks, rough terrain and they are waterproof. Easy to put on and adjustable with the elastic at the top. Fit great, good sturdy sole with good grip. Well worth paying a bit extra for the comfort these allow.
