Would you need 2 pods with the virtuo or do the pods pack more punch** A: These pods are VERY strong. In my opinion, you only need one. The machine itself comes with 12 capsules for you to try to determine what strength you like...I bought this as a gift for my partner, he’s a coffee lover and has said how strong and quality the coffee is. **Q: How do you claim the promotion? There’s no coupon in my box** A: You usually have to go to the Nespresso website, register your machine. Once you’ve done this then any offers when you bought the machine should be in your account. If not contact Nespresso via your Nespresso account. **Q: Can you get latte pods** A: Yes **Q: does it come with milk frother?** A: That deal seems to come with a Nespresso frother...usually worth over £70 on its own. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 October 2026* pretty happy with it came in good condition and works good its a bit noisy but i dont think itll wake anyone up and the coffee samples that came with it are pretty good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality coffee every time *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 October 2026* Really love it. Fantastic quality coffee every time. Great variety of coffee pods available. Easy to use machine and mobile app seems adequate. ### ⭐ Faulty after 6 months *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 December 2025* I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo in May 2025 and have now returned it to Amazon as defective. Fortunately, Amazon offered a full refund. Would I recommend this machine? No. When it worked, it was excellent. Easy to use with a great selection of coffees. However, buying this machine is a real gamble. As many others have reported, these machines appear to suffer from numerous faults and a disappointingly short lifespan. I only took the risk because it was on offer and came with a large number of free pods. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of support from Nespresso. When the machine stopped working, I contacted their 'Coffee Specialist' customer support team. After a short video call, they confirmed the machine was faulty. They told me they could repair it if I sent it in, but this would take around 2–3 weeks. The alternative was to accept a pre-loved replacement, although they admitted they didn’t actually have any available. I ended the call by requesting a brand-new replacement as soon as possible.I then spoke to a second 'Coffee Specialist', who explained that because I bought the machine via the Nespresso Store on Amazon, their warranty does not cover issuing a new replacement. I would therefore need to go through Amazon for either a replacement or a refund. So, the faulty machine has gone back to Amazon, and I’ve purchased a different coffee machine, and it isn’t a Nespresso.I am now left with more than 40 Nespresso pods I recently ordered directly from Nespresso, which are now completely useless—unless I decide to get creative and hang them on my Christmas tree as baubles. ## Frequently Bought Together - Nespresso Vertuo Next 11706 Coffee Machine by Magimix, Contrast White - Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Pods, Pack of 30, 10 x Melozio, 10 x Stormio, 10 x Odacio capsules for Nespresso Machines.
