This kit is literally less then half the cost of most others, if you need more length you could buy two of these and be ahead on parts since most of the more expensive kits only have one more length of trunking, two kits would give you four lengths of trunking for less of cost. I have trunking left over from a previous install to combine with this kit to give me the length i need. It says 7.5 foot in length, thats about right with the two lengths and the end pieces, so expect thats about all you are going to get out of it, but for most installs where the unit is on the outside of the same wall the interior unit is on thats enough to go down the wall and cover everything. The thickness of the plastic is good, its not too thin, its really easy to pop together and assemble, and overall a good look once its done right to make the install cleaner looking. Overall a good value for the money. Review: Easy To Install, Looks Good - This was easy to install and surprisingly it made the mini-split install easier. You install half of the base half of the cover which gives you a good perspective on where you need to guide your lines and cables. I use zip ties to help me during this process. Once everything is in position and taped up it was a simple matter of putting on the cover (outer halves). The size accommodated the refrigerant lines (insulated), drain line and control cable, not to loose and not too tight. I bought two kits as I needed two wall 90's. I do wish they would have options just to purchase the fittings. As you can see in the picture I also used some 2" Black Convoluted Split Tubing to protect the refrigerant lines from UV. This was much easier than using the wrapping pvc tape typically supplied with mini-splits or using this cover kit to protect it. Got the tubing here on desertcart. I am happy with how this came out, both in appearance and function.
