It was only single band. Over the years ive also added a lot more smart devices and tech to my home. 2 gaming consoles are wired in and around 15 are wifi including lighting, smart meters, tvs, speakers and google home accesories. With my old router things like streaming was often registering 5mbs when it should be 70-80mbs. Now i can stream 4k movies with no issues. It was very easy to set up but one bit of advice to save you a lot of time. Rename the google wifi nest to that of your old router as well as the same password then turn wifi off at your old modem. This will instantly connect all your old smart devices without going through each one. Turn off your old wifi on your old router/modem to avpid conflicts. It took me about 10 mins to fully set up and have everything working, ive not used anything more complex on the device so far and I don't think ill need to. My wired gaming devices run straight from the modem.
