But in coconut milk it certainly is a fast and easy way to make a quite good Thai curry, especially if you goose it with some fish sauce, lime, and cilantro. It's also a bargain compared to those little jars you see.
Review: Start with half the can then add more if needed! - You can make a very fast meal as you don't need any other spices nor onions nor salt. Simply take half the can of this paste and saute it on medium-low in a bit of oil. Then add whatever protein you'd like and veggies and saute for a bit. Add a can of coconut milk and simmer on low until the protein is cooked. Taste the curry and if it needs more spice, just add a tiny bit more paste, stir and cook for a bit. If its too hot, add some sugar or maple syrup to melow it out. You can also add more coconut milk. Super easy one pot meals can be made with this paste!
