I use it in both my baked goods like chocolate chip cookies, cakes and even in my morning coffee! It has a brilliant smell! The color is dark and you can visibly see the vanilla beans in your baked goods and frostings! The bottle size is good. It blends very nice. The only con I have is the crust that forms on the screw cap of the bottle after using. It makes it very hard to untwist after so many uses and it doesn’t just wipe off. But I think this may be a comparable problem with most higher quality extracts and pastes.

A: Yes that is the correct price. I do a lot of baking and this last me 7-8 months.

**Q: Is this gluten free**
A: YES it is gluten free... sorry previous answer in error.

**Q: Does this large bottle have a squeeze top (as in, you can squeeze out the product without removing the cap)? It is hard to tell from the pic.**
A: No, it doesn’t. I wouldn’t recommending pouring it into a squeeze bottle. It’s very thick & too much of it would be lost, when it sticks to the inside of the bottle.
