Good device. Fast service. not an issue.I just have to respond about the step rollover issue stated by others. When you travel across time zones the band does get locked and does not reset steps at midnight. If you delete the device and add back to app it will correct the internal time. It isn't super accurate, but compared to other devices in the same price, it is a great band. It is best used with a partner and the "game" collects gold from partner... My wife doesn't play games but loves the in app game.
