So, no complaints on the product itself. But, inside the package was a card that said to follow them on facebook and that you would either get a free gift or an extended warranty. I did that but then never received any response from them. So, I emailed them and then they told me that I needed to provide a product review with pictures to receive the extended warranty (with no options for a free product). I have been seeing this a lot lately on Amazon and am getting really frustrated by the deceptiveness of the companies.
