I have rehabilitated several chains, and the cost saving has now paid for this chain grinder.It's slightly fiddly to set up, but once done it works really well. I have two chainsaws, one a big Husqvarna and the other a smaller Oregon electric chain saw for bucking. When switching sides on the cutters, you need to measure the side you just done and reset it, as it takes more off one side of cutters than the other side and vise versa…does get quite annoying. Hope that makes sense. Also the mechanism that grips the chain is not great although useable.
