It is very easy to adjust and fit and I find it comfortable to wear for prolonged periods, although it gets a little sweaty underneath (which you would hope for!) This is easy to wipe clean and keep hygienic though. The plastic clip buckles seem well made and stitched to the vest well and hold securely as I move around.
