I am still recovering from a operation as well as suffering from chronic illnesses that give me fatigue. I take vitamin supplement every day and still looking for the best combination for myself. I like this supplement, it seems to give me some energy as I would have taken a caffeine Tablet. The are easy to swallow and you only take one which I prefer. It’s packed with vitamin b and ginseng as well. Seemingly good supplement that does what it says on the tin. I’m happy with it.

Dont buy these vitamins they are dangerous. I took them one a day in the morning for 5 days and omg l had heart palpitations racing heart and insomnia. Still now trying to get my sleep pattern back to normal these shouldnt be allowed way to strong

Excellent quality Easy to swallow capsules Suitable for vegans Nothing can replace a good healthy varied diet but if you were in a situation when this is not possible one day due to a busy lifestyle these food supplement capsules are a good way to get all your daily nutritional requirements But I would not recommend taking these in replacement of a balanced diet daily If you eat healthy supplements should not be needed Comes in nice glass bottle but does not have a safety lid Great value for 30 capsules Definitely worth trying if your food intake is not correct

Assessing the effectiveness of vitamin supplements is always tricky. I assume I'm better of for taking them but in terms of concrete results, its very hard to say definitively if they really make a difference. I haven't felt a substantial change in my energy levels which is a shame as that was my main interest in them, but then how can I tell how tired I would have been without them?? Tricky..... But they are very average capsules, easy to swallow with only a faint smell. For £9 for a bottle of 30, they are probably a worthwhile investment just for the nutritional benefits.
