Strong and true
Rlly strong and lovely. Just have to be careful with the clamp and stretching it as with everything. Hold up tablet rlly well. The tablet claw is on a ball joint so the screen can be easily angled. Pics show my 11 inch tab a11+

Handy
Had a few years now, the clamp bit came apart but was easily fixed with some ductape, till going strong as a bedside tablet holder. Well designed nice long neck

Not stable
It's an OK product but it's very difficult to get your tablet into the right position. It's strange because the arm is really strong and difficult to manipulate but then once you have it in the right place (or as close as you can get it) and a tablet in then if you touch the tablet it like it's mounted on a spring and then over time (days) it'll just start drooping. I've tried to mount it above my monitors so I can have scripts and docs on it but after a few days it's lowered itself down to cover the top of the screen so I find myself ducking underneath it to get to the window buttons. May be great for other situations but I think I'll need to spend a bit more and go for a better arm that's like my mic arm.

Great for the purpose that I purchased it for.
After reading some mixed reviews, I decided I would buy it and see for myself. It is really quite heavy and I think well built. The base clamp is made of metal, the clamping screw has a nice fine thread on it. The round "foot" attached to the screw thread did not turn nicely when clamping on and turned around with the thread. Some lubricant was all that was required. People had reviewed that the bendy Swan neck had stripped the thread out of the clamp base. The base is metal, but at a guess, made of something like aluminium. Here is where a potential problem is. I clamp mine onto an art easel, and depending on which side I have it, and how the swan neck is bent, the combined weight of my tablet and the swan neck hanging will unscrew the arm from the base. I hope that makes sense! So I guess if I used a bit more force to stop this happening, it would result in stripping the thread. I am not indicating that is what others do by the way, but I can see it happening to mine if I did! Yes, the piece which holds the tablet is plastic, but it grips it very well with some little rubber pads and strong springs within it. Overall, I am very pleased with mine.

Was ok at first...
Let's start with the positive: It's sturdy, the arm that is. However, whatever I clamp it to it just doesn't grip well enough, and leaves marks (be careful if clamping to a wooden shelf on a new bookcase!) The sticky pads slide away when I place my kindle in the bracket and said bracket, for reason I know not, comes loose even though I hold the arm at both end when pushing it back and pulling it forward by about 6 inches. Save your money and get a beanbag instead that you can pop on your lap or prop up on an arm of a chair.

It works pretty well
Difficult to start screwing in the bolt when assembling so probably easy to cross-thread. once assembled though it works fine. You need a bit of mauling to get it into the desired shape/place and it makes some scary sounds while you're bending it but that's springs and metal for you. It doesn't feel like it's going to break or anything. The plastic spring loaded bracket that you slot your phone/tablet into is fine but I'm not sure how long that is going to last, it doesn't feel incredibly well built but it hasn't gone wrong at all yet so might be fine. I've had the product for about 3 months now. Perfectly usable product but a bit rough around the edges.
