**Q: What is the difference between this model and the new srx model? I have only seen the srx model in person.**
A: The SRX model has undergone a complete overhaul since the E2 Black model. The E2 Black has a 2 speed motor; the SRX has a 5 speed motor. The other major difference (other than looks) is the SRX uses magnetic hose connections, whereas this model uses clips to hold the hose in place.

**Q: Does this include shampooer?**
A: No, this version does not include a shampooer.

**Q: Does the power wand come with it?**
A: Everything you see in the listing photo would be included in the order, so this would be for the complete kit
