Today I will drop to 1/2 a tab (5mg) because the last 2 days I am having a hard time staying asleep longer then 4 hours. Too much energy and alertness. If you read about NADH (you can find several medical and other articles online) they tell you that taking a high dose longer then a week can cause insomnia.
