Taiwan?** A: The same country you may soon be in conflict with. **Q: will this fit black and decker 20v cordless drill?** A: While they would fit I would not recommend using the smaller torque bits in your drill. I bought this for computer repair and the smaller bits would strip out or break easily. **Q: Are these neodymium magnets?** A: Yes **Q: can these be used on non security torx screws? sizes are the same etc? or do security torx screws have the exact same shape as non security torx?** A: I believe that the only difference between "security" and "non-security" torx screws is that the "security" version of the screws has a stud in the middle of the hole to prevent the "non-security" torx bits from fitting. The "security" bits have a hole in the end that allows the bit to fit in the "security" screws. Alas I could not, but these work great for the job and at the price point! My only complaint is that they don't seem to hold into the driver handles like others that have ridges, but like I said for the price, even though I don't need them for anything particular now, I guess I'll just add them to the arsenal, in case I need them again someday. I don't know about the longevity, but only time will tell. However I have seen reviews that mention that they're not up to the task of hard work because they are soft metal.
