Review: Can’t stop thinking about this flavor!! - I love Mexican food! But I’m not a fan of HOT jalapeno flavors. The first time I tasted Birria tacos was in a restaurant here in Florida. It’s like Mexican auju!! I tried other pre made base sauces, but they were all too hot for me. Chef Merito is not only JUST RIGHT, but it’s also BETTER THAN THE RESTAURANT (so you can make it as hot as you want it Lol)!! Now, I can’t get this flavor out of my head!! I will start with a can of beef, chicken or pork broth, in a crock pot. Add tablespoon/s (depending on the amount of meat) and add desired veggies. After I grill my chosen meat (beef, chicken or pork works!), I add it to the already cooking birria sauce. Later, I pull this beautiful meat out and place it on my tortillas (I love the white corn tortillas!) and add cheese, and a tiny amount of Mexican Crème, and a little of the cooked veggies, then fry them on both sides to crispy. Pour a little of the Birria juice in a small bowl next to your tacos, on a plate!! Instant love!! This is just the way I like it! You can do you, just make sure your base is Chef Merito!!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chef Merito to the rescue

At first I was thinking this couldn’t be good. I used slow cooker first time and came out really good. The smell drove me nuts with hunger the entire time it was cooking. Recently I tried those birria balls as the safety seal is known to open up during transport on the jars. I had a spare I totally forgot on top shelf that rescued my experiments with those birria balls. 1 jar with almost 4 lbs of meat was a bit too flavorful and I decided to throw in bland meat from the balls. It completely evened out the blandness from the balls and mellowed the one I just cooked. All in all it tasted so much better. Thinking I’ll stick to this brand from now on.
