We always pack this when traveling anyplace. This is something we use on a daily basis and don't want to run out . A few ounces a day works amazingly on colds, flus, sore throats, yeast infections or bladder infections, as well as helping relieve rashes and itching. We like to use the 5ppm for daily use and prevention of sicknesses , and spray on the 10, 15, or 25ppm for rashes, shingles pain, deoderant, and to stop allergic reactions immediately as well as use as a nasal spray. The 5ppm is especially effective as an antacid, which I take when getting an upset stomach...it settles my stomach within minutes. My husband leaves it in his mouth for 10 min twice a day, in order to preserve a broken tooth until he can get it fixed. All pain disappears as long as he keeps up this process so we know it fights the infection.
