These are my first impressions compared to the One Step-Better than Revlon-1) slimmer handle2) lighter weight3) interchangeable attachments for different purposes4) smaller diameter brush so you can get a closer root lift (always felt the Revlon brush diameter too big for root lift and especially if your hair is not very long)Worse than Revlon-1) feels way cheaper. The way the attachments click on and off feel clumsy and poorly engineered. The turn knob at the bottom clicks to diff heat settings cheaply compared to the how the Revlon’s knob turns2) no setting for cool airOverall, I’m happy with how this tool perform on my hair. Fail in delivery.If you hate managing to hold a brush while styling with 1 hand while holding blow dryer in the other hand , this might be for you a low fraction of a cost but comes with some fair warning.Maybe I just got a refurbished or malfunctioning one?? Which I will be returning .The handle itself is kind of too wide so after few minutes, hand starts getting tired gripping on to it. Starts feeling heavy too. ( Unless you have huge hands maybe be okay )When using the attachments, make sure “slots” alings& then turn it , hear a click sound , which means locked in place .But One of the attachments “round brush “, does not click into to handle properly therefore keeps falling off while I attempt to test out this product.The round brushes snags my hair when I try to curl the ends of my hair(& i have naturally straight hair)Over heat really quick & very loud .Felt my hair was going to be damage.Test it out in > 5 minute & gave up.3 Heat setting yet seems to be malfunctioning.Low is medium air but at low heat & Vice Versa.High just too hot after few minutes.Seems the heat current does not distribute evenly.Due to that , heats up real quick to the air vents of the attachments so please be careful , or wait till it cools downs, before removing Or changing the attachments.( I Almost burn my hand when removing the attachments!) ### ⭐⭐⭐ I’m on the fence. *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2020* I’m still on the fence with this product. As I was using it i was already planning to return it and just get a normal blow dryer...it’s speeds are really weird. Low is just as fast and hot as high..medium is what I would consider a low speed. 2 of the attachments clicked right in, but the bigger brush I just couldn’t get to lock into place. I burned my fingers several times because the heat is unbearable at the tip of the comb attachments, and Because of the heat it is very difficult to use... all that being said. It really did do a great job adding volume and style to my Aline cut. It didn’t really save me any time on my normal routine of blow dry with barrel brush and flat ironing the strays, like I was hoping. It did come in a nice box for storage...I wonder if mine is defective?
