I assumed nothing would come of it, but on top of sending me a new product- we also discussed the manufacturing changes made since I bought my original folio. With as large as the business is, they didn’t have to take their time to address my concerns at all but they did. Huge kudos. I’ve been using the product for the last couple of months and it has been great! This product fell apart in a year. When I reached out on TikTok they told me to glue it back together myself. When I called them out in their comment sections they followed me and used my comment for a video. I couldn’t find my purchase receipt from here on Amazon so they refused to replace it.
