The Garofalo brand cooks much faster, is more flavorful, and offered a much smoother texture and bite than any other brand of bucatini I tried. It held sauce very well and twirled/held into a nice cone for plating better than the other brands. It also reheated the next day better, without getting stiff and starchy.
