All are mostly watched over by a parent from the neighborhood but when this highly visible and recognized sign is placed in the street about four feet from a curb into the street people either slow down or just drive slow seemingly automatic upon seeing it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My 3-Year-Old's New Best Friend *by J***A on March 25, 2021* We bought this thing a few months ago when the price was down about $20 from it's normal $53, so just set a price alert and wait it out if you're not in a rush. Anyhow, it arrived just fine and it was very easy to attach the stickers. Right out of the box my 3-year-old named it 'Jaspy' and started dragging it around the house. They are basically the same size and have similar perfectly round heads. He wouldn't let me put Jaspy in the garage and instead insisted that Jaspy stay inside the house. It wasn't until a few days later that I managed to sneak Jaspy into the garage. The first time we used it I set it out in the street and my son yelled that Jaspy was going to get smashed by a car and so he ran out into the street, bear hugged it, and carried it back to the sidewalk. It was just as adorable as it sounds. Long story short, we live in a neighborhood with lots of older residents and due to the pandemic and lack of social interaction my son has a new green plastic best friend and we have a new, silent, plastic second child. We also have 3 children who play on and around our driveway, so we needed this sign. It seems to work well; most delivery drivers seem to notice it and take it slow these days. Instead of putting sand or water in the base, we actually tied it to cinder blocks; they were easier and handy, but it ended up working well for us.
