I highly recommend this book to every person, Bevere’s words ushered in deep conviction by the Holy Spirit, and repentance in my heart. I feel like I will come back multiple times, and it left me begging the Lord to birth true honor in my heart, to teach me the fear of the Lord.

lessons in humility
I read this book on the request of my cousin. The way how John has sincerely outlined the pathway to honor through humility and service is nothing less than a masterpiece. This book will definitely serve as a watershed moment in my journey not only to give me the ability to detect honor but also to develop it as a way of life. I do look forward to the feeling of fulfillment that lies in wait for those who humbly pursue this path to godliness

I honor people but I didn’t realize the importance and the blessing that comes with honor and the cost that comes with dishonor. I want to honor God and that means honoring people!

A Favorite!
I’ve been following JB and his wife since I was 18 years old (now in my mid 30’s). Undercover was the first book I ever read and honor became one of my personal core values at that young age. Now that I’m older, I can say that I’ve seen the hand of God in my life in the most beautifully ridiculous ways. People always ask how is it that God’s favor rests so deeply on me and my family and I always say, “Honor! Go read Under Cover and Honors Reward.” Lol! I loved this book! I’d recommend it to everyone! Start with Undercover and then do this one next. :)

Life forever changed
I have gained a newfound love to honor others above myself. I found myself tearing up towards the end of the book, because of the dishonor I have portrayed to others. I have repented and now my eyes have been opened! Thank you for your obedience John.
