Stevia leaf powder is a effective natural additive as a sugar substitute. In hot drinks , however, it is not effective. Very good in sweet and sour curries and chutneys or raitas or lemon drinks etc

It was very hard to dissolve it The particles float in the drink and make it impossible to drink It is insoluble!!

My sugar replacer
Stevia is a natural sweetner which can be replaced with harmfull and unhealthy sugar. Nearly a pinch is enough to replace a teaspoon of sugar as it is about 200 times sweeter than sugar. Moreover it has very low calories. Quality is top level.

I normally use another make of this product and it is quiet palatable.. this product has a very medicinal taste.. not something I will use .. also the texture of the powder is not very smooth..
