They get put in a vehicle, filled up at a spring, unloaded full, set up at a table during and event, then packed up, emptied, rinse and repeat the next week. So far they have performed well. No leaks, easy to fill, mostly sturdy, although the tiny air valve vent cap is poorly designed and broke almost instantly on one these- it's a very small push on plastic piece. I would have liked to see this as a screw on. The container comes with two of these air vents, so clearly they know that you will love/break them. These are a huge improvement over the standard 5 gallon water dispenser jugs, as they are easier to transport without tipping due to the shape. i like having the handles on both sides, but don't think it's a necessity.
