Do two things when using this: 1. have an extension for your roller handle so you aren't on your knees. 2. Don't even think you can mix it by hand, its VERY thick and you must have a paint stirrer on a drill. I think it turned out very nice, it is cool in the hot sun. You have two choices when you buy it, the coating only, or the coating PLUS cleaner and sealer. The cleaner does work well, but I think pressure washing and a cleaning product would get a good result as well. But, we just did it. That doesn't mean it will look good next year. The color is even & the texture is nice. It is 80 degrees out & I didn't notice it being hot on my bare feet.. So far, I am very pleased. We did everything they suggested. I looked at almost all of their videos. I think that the people who have complained did not do proper prep. ie; removing all chipping or corroding concrete, or old decking. We went over our old "Kool Deck" with EZ Patch.
