I chose to build the tower crane and all pieces were present. There were even extra pieces that I used to make the unit a bit more stronger along with adding my personal touch to it. The unit took about 8 hours to build but was quite fun! The only complaint that I do have is Eitech's customer support. Before I purchased the set, I asked about the motor and controller functionality and it took about three weeks to receive the answer (Eitech USA had to request information from Germany). Although it took far more than the eight hours to finish it had all the pieces and was complete.When I finished everything worked as it should. I would however ask that the instruction book have written instructions as well as drawings.
