PERFECT for cutout cookies
Love this! I have avoided making cutout cookies because I am a “wonky” roller. Because of the discs on the end of this, I had PERFECT even cookies and it was so simple! I rolled sugar cookie dough between parchment and lifted shapes off with an offset spatula. I will use for pie crust next! So excited about this new kitchen tool. My cutouts look professional!

Produce consistent thickness pastry.
Just set the thickness disks to the type of pastry you want to create and the rolling pin gives consistent thickness. Easy to clean being stainless.

Great product!
This sturdy rolling pin does the trick! Far superior than a general rolling pin as it helps you measure thickness perfectly. A need for any baker. Easy to use and very easy to clean :-)

Rolling Made Easy
Makes rolling different thicknesses very easy. Easy to assemble and take apart to clean. The only issue is that the measurement numbers need to be a little darker on the metal part of the rolling pin. Love the different colored docs for the thickness levels.

Clay artist
I purchased this to use with my polymer clay. I am just starting to make beads and didn't want to put the money into a pasta/clay machine until I am sure that I want to continue this. But I needed a way to roll the clay flat and uniform. This has been perfect! I can easily switch between the disks to roll clay gradually to the thickness I want. Only thing I would change is if there were some more disks with sizes in between what they currently have.

Great rolling pin. I’m not sure how solid the metal covering is (and whether it is metal) and how long it will last but I absolutely love it. The rings are a game changer.

You’ll enjoy rolling out dough more and filling them or cut them to size
I use the rolling pin for filled rolls and layered bread rolls. I wasn’t convinced but now This is essential i think to shape bread dough. Evenness of layers prevent yeasted rolls from bursting out of place. I enjoy doing more of layered dough projects.Faster to roll out the dough into exact portions.
