I upgraded my previous machine as it just didn't make top quality expresso and the steam wand with automatic frothier made too much foam that wasn't micro foam. However the silvano does it all. I can now make coffee at the same time as foaming the milk which is perfect microfoam. Don't believe it takes too long to foam the milk it doesn't , with two steam jets its really quick. You will however need a good burr grinder to grind the beans.I spent a lot of time reading lots of reviews about lots of machines before my purchase. Which Um happy to say has paid off.If you are a into expresso or latte and want it better than the coffee shops.
