These are excellent beans - Highly Recommended! Excellent Crema Production: The crema on this coffee is absolutely outstanding. When I pull a shot of espresso, I get a thick, golden-brown crema that lasts and lasts. It's exactly what you want to see on a properly made espresso - dense, velvety, and persistent. The name "Crema E Aroma" is not just marketing - this blend truly delivers an excellent crema that rivals what you'd find in a quality Italian café. Whether you're making straight espresso or milk-based drinks, that beautiful crema layer adds both visual appeal and contributes to the overall mouthfeel.
