I’m using two teabags in 16 ounces of water, a tablespoon of honey and a couple of tablespoons of half-and-half. I was drinking a half a cup of half-and-half in my coffee and happy to be cutting back on that for calories and heart health. I genuinely look forward to drinking this tea… whenever I take my first sip, I am blown away by how much I enjoy the flavor.
