I have bought 3 different drill guides by Big Gator. I could safely say from the product description, it accounts for the 17 holes sizes. However I did check out the picture of the product after adding item to cart, is for 9 holes which I do have also.--but is for larger standard hole sizes. Therefore the 9 hole guide picture is incorrect for the product . **Q: Does it damage the drill bits?** A: NO. Not if using correctly. Drill bit should be inserted completely before drilling. Drill bit should be "free" in guide and not snug. A little cutting oil can help reduce friction.
