I see it has high return rate for poor fit. I don't know what the dissatisfied customers' problems were. It comes with retainer screw wrench, has adjustable 'cant' belt clip, and pistol draws and reholsters smothly. I find the pistol retention satisfactory for everyday wear. I haven't tried it out for wearing during strenuous activity or heavy exercise. I gave it "4 star" rating because it is new and I don't know yet about long term durability with daily use. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the holster.
