Review: East to install and the quality is good - I made a barn door and use this as the track. It’s very sturdy and holds the door in place well. The door is about 80 pounds. It runs smoothly and adjust easily to fit different sizes. Good value for your money as well.
Review: WOW better then I expected - Honestly I ordered this not really looking at the details. I thought it would be a small little thing that would be a bit flimsy but do the job. WELL I WAS WRONG this is LEGIT!! its like steal ro cast iron, matches the barn door fixtures i had previously purchased for my door ( I will post pics soon) I love that this goes into the wall or trim and not the floor ( ours are porcelain and its impossible to drill into it, the floor guide we had installed was tiny, went into the floor and causes the door to rub in a weird way that it gets stuck. this slides like butter! i couldnt be more happy!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: do you have it in brushed nickle?**
A: Sorry, we don't have it now.

**Q: Will this work with 1 3/8” Barn doors?**
A: I built my own barn door and it worked perfect! It is heavy duty so weight of door shouldn’t be an issue.

**Q: Will any components rust if they get wet?**
A: I wouldn't think it should get wet since it has pivot points that probably are bare metal. It's painted but the axis is bound to become bare from turning.

**Q: Need oil rubbed bronze is it available?**
A: Dear, the floor guide is made of carbon steel and anti-rust. Not need to oil rubbed.
