Remove two triple-square bolts, an electrical connector, and the old part slides right out. Use the tab on the wireharness to release the electric plug, plug the new unit in, screw the 2 triple square bolts in, pop the plastic sheet's mountpoints back in. Easy-peasy. Saved a lot of money fixing this yourself with this part rather than taking the truck to the dealer.The material was not the same,but it worked and price was very good.
