Plug and play
Worked like a charm no need to install drives. Win10

I was in need of a programming cable for my TYT TH-9800 that was supported by Windows 10. The cable provided straight out of the box works great for Windows XP but not for the newer Windows operating systems. This cable works great in Windows 10. I do use CHIRP for programming my mobile radio and all works fine.
