Great read and entertaining

I definitely plan to read the rest of the series. The Manga does a great job of keeping you hooked into the story.

This is the best and most original mangas I have ever read. It takes the mystery murder genre to the next level. It's very interesting to read on a psychological level, where we see a young, bright, up-and-coming college student (Light Yagami) who has discovered a deathly power (the Death Notebook). With it, he thinks he can change the world for the better by making it completely crime-free, and rule the world himself; becoming like a god. Using the Death Note, Light begins killing the world's worst criminals simply by writing down their names. His plans go awry when the INTERPOL (the international police orginization)--which finally realizes that all these criminals dying of heart attacks can't be a coincidence--sets the greatest detective in the world on his case--a detective whose identity is a complete mystery. He only goes by the alias "L". Light Yagami gets desperate, and instead of using what he thinks are "just" means to accomplish his "righteous" intentions, he becomes ruthless and amoral, until he is no longer fighting for his ideal world, but only fighting to keep himself from falling into the hands of the law. This is what happens when simple men take on too much power, and think they can handle it best. It's full of mystery, suspense, a bit of the supernatural, and sometimes humor (Ryuuk, ftw!). The art is very well done. I highly recommend it.

The book is perfect except for a page that is folded, me personally I don't really care if it's folded all I care about is that it's readable and arrives fast like this did but if you want your manga to be perfect consider buying from another seller or just buy it here your choice 🔥‼️🥀(also srry for bad quality photos it's dark💔)

Gleich vorweg: Death Note ist der erste Manga, den ich gelesen habe. Ich muß zugeben, daß ich Vorurteile hatte- Mangas sind Massenschundware, nur für Teenies oder Schulmädchen-Fetischisten interessant, die Stories sind bestenfalls Durchschnitt, das Gleiche gilt für die Zeichnungen etc. ... Gott sei Dank habe ich "Death Note" dann doch eine Chance gegeben, denn siehe da- meine Vorurteile waren samt und sonders unbegründet! Klar ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig, von rechts nach links und von hinten nach vorne zu lesen, aber die Zeichnungen sind definitiv okay... und die Story, liebe Leute, die Story ist schlicht und ergreifend bombastisch! Dem überdurchschnittlich begabten Schüler Light Yagami fällt durch Zufall ein Death Note in die Hände- ein Buch eines Todesgottes (Shinigami). In diesem Fall das Death Note von Ryuk, der es aus Langeweile auf die Erde hat fallen lassen um zu sehen was passiert. Denn das Death Note hat, wie Light schnell herausfindet, die Eigenschaft, jeden Menschen zu töten, dessen Namen man dort hineinschreibt. Light sieht hier schnell seine Chance, die Welt von Verbrechern zu befreien und sie so besser zu machen, und macht sich an's Werk. Schnell jedoch wird die internationale Polizei darauf aufmerksam, daß irgendetwas die Kriminellen umbringt, und schaltet den geheimnisvollen Meisterdetektiv L ein, dessen wahren Namen niemand kennt. Es entickelt sich nun ein Wettlauf zwischen diesen beiden Kontrahenden: L versucht mit allen Mitteln, den Verantwortlichen für die Todesfälle zu finden, und Light arbeitet unter Hochdruck daran, L's Identität zu lüften, um ihn in sein Buch eintragen zu können. Daß dieses Katz-und-Maus-Spiel spannend ist- klar. Aber noch viel interessanter ist meiner Meinung nach der ganze Aspekt des Gott-Spielens. Die Welt vom Abschaum zu befreien, das ist eine löbliche Absicht- aber wie weit kann man gehen? Darf man auch einen fähigen Polizisten umbringen? Heiligt der Zweck wirklich alle Mittel? Und wie verkraftet ein Teenager, so intelligent er auch sein mag, eine solche Verantwortung? Ryuk, der ehemalige Besitzer des Death Note, verfolgt diese Entwicklung jedenfalls mit Entzücken- und mir ging's ganz genauso. "Death Note" wartet mit einer Story auf, die ihresgleichen sucht; ich kann wirklich nicht genug davon schwärmen und empfehle diese Reihe allen, die sich schon mal Gedanken darüber gemacht haben, was sie machen würden, wenn sie Macht über Leben und Tod hätten. Ganz egal ob Manga-,Comic-, Anime-Fan oder nicht.

Çok iyi bir manga serisi. Çizimide hikayeside karakterleride çok iyi. Ayrıca çok hızlı geldi, kitabın dışında hiçbir sorun yoktu. Manga okuyanlara mutlaka tavsiye ederim.
