Unacceptable. Plus, I couldn't really tell if it was working as described. I tested on the same movie scene (with whisper-quiet dialogue and then loud noises) with and without the device. If there was any difference, it wasn't obvious to me at all. Sorry, guys. This needs work. Review: Five Stars - Works as advertised.
