Coombs Family Syrup provided a delectable addition to my waffles. The flavor & consistency are excellent. I've tried much higher priced syrups & other than paying that higher price, I felt I received as high a quality syrup at a lower price. I would say definitely try Coombs brand, you won't be disappointed.

I should have paid more attention to the actual ounces of this, as it was much smaller than anticipated, but the taste is good. I am happy with it, as I don't use syrup very often, so this amount will last me a bit longer than say, a whole family. Good quality. Arrived on time.

Only ingredient is organic syrup with no sugar added, which is not easy to find. And when you compare the taste to other brands, you can really tell the difference in quality. I use this for all my desserts. When I tried another one highly rated and labeled organic "Grade A, formerly Grade B" that was a lot less expensive ($6 less for same 32 oz), it was sickly sweet like sugar or something chemical had been added. (I'd say that brand was still Grade B.) Coombs is the best quality I've found in sugarless syrup so far (and the price just went down $4 since I last bought).

Although the photo is a picture of a jug, don’t be fooled. Your finger will barely fit in the hole on the jug. It’s a very very small container that you get. Clearly maple syrup is difficult and expensive to produce, but if you’re looking for a large amount this is not it.

It is pretty incredible. It's like the liquor of syrup. It's heady and bold, and smokey and rich. I did not know, now I know. I wish it were thicker, I hope one day to find maple syrup with a more honey-like consistency.
