Saved more buying big cans!
I’ve been buying the 14oz for many years, so I try this 25oz. Same delicious taste and quality. The difference is I saved more buying the bigger cans.

Exactly How I Remember It
It’s been years since I last had corned beef hash, so I wasn’t sure if this would live up to my memory. To my surprise, the moment I opened the can and got that familiar aroma, it felt like a trip back in time. Once cooked up, the taste was exactly what I hoped for — hearty, savory, and comforting, with that classic corned beef flavor that pairs so perfectly with eggs or toast. In terms of value for money, I think this is a solid buy. You get a good amount per can, and a little goes a long way once you crisp it up in the pan. It’s definitely cheaper (and easier) than trying to make it from scratch, and the convenience factor makes it worth keeping a couple cans in the pantry. Speaking of ease of use, it couldn’t be simpler. Just open the can, scoop it into a skillet, and fry until golden. In under 10 minutes, you have a warm, filling meal ready to go. As for quality, I was impressed. Sometimes canned foods can taste overly processed, but this has a nice balance of beef and potatoes, and it doesn’t feel mushy when cooked properly. The texture holds up well once it crisps, which is exactly what you want in a good hash. I also appreciate that it’s versatile — you can eat it on its own, serve it with eggs, or even mix it into a breakfast burrito. That little bit of variety makes it more useful than I first expected. The only thing I’ll note is that it is on the salty side, which is true for most corned beef hash in general. Personally, I enjoy it that way, but if you’re watching your sodium intake you might want to pair it with plain potatoes or vegetables to balance it out. Overall, this brought me right back to the classic comfort food I remembered. Tasty, easy to prepare, good quality for the price, and versatile enough to enjoy in different ways. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

A childhood favorite. Highly recommend!
I’ve grown up from a young child eating this corn beef hash. It was something we ate almost every weekend. absolutely love it with some nice sunny side up eggs as I love breaking the yokes into the hash. When I saw that it was sold in larger cans, I was absolutely thrilled. I purchased several cans and one can will last me about three servings. I will open the can and then just divide the can into three equal amounts or as close to equal as possible. Or, after removing one serving, I’ll just place the rest of it into an air tight container and just take what I want when I want. The only downside is that the product does contain a lot of fat. If you take the can’s label off, you can place the unopened can into a pan of water and make sure the can has about an inch or so of water above the can. Bring to a boil and reduce to low and allow the hash to get hot. This will allow a good amount of the fat to rise to the top where once removed you are super super careful when opening the can. You can then drain the fat off the top and this way we aren’t clogging our arteries with all of the fat but we can still enjoy the great taste of the hash. I myself do not have a cholesterol issue, so I am not overly concerned about the fat as I only consume so much per serving. I myself highly recommend this product. I’m sure it can be used in many different ways so if you enjoy getting creative, knock yourself out. I also tried it with melted cheese over it and then placing my sunny side up eggs over the melted cheese. Yummy!

Just made myself hungry
Excellent serving size for family or multiple use for individual. Fried in a carmelized butter sauce in a cast iron pan with the addition of onions and topped with eggs over easy it rivals many other culinary dishes in taste and consistency.

Great for breakfast dishes
I use corn beef hash as a bedding for poached eggs. I simply spread the corn beef hash an inch thick in a frying pan then once heated, I make four little nests in the hash and crack four eggs into the divots. Once the eggs are cooked, but the yolks are still runny. I scoop out the eggs with the hash and devour. This use is also good if you’re have sleepover guests. You can use a really large frying pan or even a 9 x 13 baking pan and bacon in the oven. Don’t cook the eggs too long. Best results are if the eggs are still runny.
